Can't play CD's on iBook G4+ Fedora 12

Hi everybody.

I want to play an AudioCD but rythmbox crashes while trying to open the CD. I also tried totem, but the Menu entry for the "Play this audio CD" is disabled.

what's the catch??

Thanks in advance.

Sounds weird. I don't know what could be the problem, what you could do is try playing it in some other program such as:

Amarok ( su -c 'yum install amarok' )
Songbird ( http://www.getsongbird.com/ )

I no longer have Fedora nor ibook G4

I no longer have the ibook G4. So I can't say anything more about it.

Kind regards.
