I have a Samsung corei3 2330 processor based machine with 8 gigs of rams . I am using Centos6.3 x86_64. and have succefully setup ovirt management server usng "dre repos" . Also since my laptop supports intel VT-x and kvm_intel is successfully loaded. i was wondering if i cud also use the same machine as a host for ovirt. i m just trying to test it.
I have got the ovirt webinterface running .trying adding the same machine using same ip. ssh is working . i followed the "add host" trail in /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log . and have successfully added the host. the only trouble is it shows up as "non operational" and says ovirtmgmt network not found.
btw i am not using loopback interface for this. until now i was using ip provide by my home router for dis. How do i create a ovirtmgmt interface . with duplicate ip same as wlan0 ? plz i have come so far i dont wanna quit now !
