Fedora is so far from Redhat, the new improved hubble couldn't find it.
After an install
yum clean all
Thereafter, once a week
There is no way to know which packages are bad, but most are good before getting into regular updates.
New bugs and occasional goof ups are to be expected.
The older package can be downloaded and re-updated
rpm -Uvh old.rpm --oldpackage --test
if ok the
rpm -Uvh old.rpm --oldpackage
