windows preferences?

I'm running the 20091104 nightly installed to the hard drive.
There is no System->Preferences->Windows item as there is
in earlier systems. I want to change the behavior of the
window manager so that focus follows the mouse without
requiring a click.

I use Openbox so I can't test this, but I believe you can change the behaviour for metacity with the gconf editor. The key /apps/metacity/general/focus-mode has 3 possible values, click | sloppy | mouse, and the default appears to be click.

Yeah, but I shouldn't have to do that. It should be as easy as it has always been
in the past. While we're at it, there isn't a System->Preferences->Sessions item
either.

There isn't a System>Storage folder in gconf either! So, I had to figure out how to automount USB sticks with noatime, nodiratime using /etc/fstab and the /dev/disk/by-label entries. USB mount options are hard coded in Gnome 2.28 for now. Hopefully that changes soon, as well as all the other missing bits in gconf.
