Boot issues. Without 'noapic' no boot

Pals....

A thing that's annoying me is that I must use noapic or nolapic (I'm using both) to run fedora.

I participate at folding at home. Boot the system, wait a little after login screen, starts folding, system halts. If monitor is off, no more it's get on, and keyboard and mouse do nothing

now I'm trying with "clocksource=hpet". Until this moments, no halt... It has 8 minutes

even without folding, it works about two hours and halts again

Memory fully tested.
No hardware problems.
temperature ok.

And if I compile a kernel, worst..... don't past from "loading init ram disk" even set "deprecated acpi events" on xconfig.

The machine

Asus m4a88td-v EVO usb3
Phenom X4 955BE @ 3,7GHz
8gb -> 4+4 gskill sniper T9
PSU corsair vx550W
