Better select function

How about finishing the select to clipboard when releasing the mouse button, without right click select or <CTRL>C?

Doesn't it already exist? Select to 'copy' and middle click to paste. It works in terminal and vim as well, in my experience.

Either that - or - I am understanding what you are proposing here ...

I saw that in google searches results yesterday and i tried many times and i can swear it didn't work and now it does...
