touchpad not using 10-synaptics.conf

My touchpad is not using my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-synaptics.conf.

I used this to verify my file is being read.

I am trying to do a VertTwoFingerScroll which is not working even though it has accepted that option.

Try replacing "on" with "1"

        Option "VertTwoFingerScroll" "1"
