flash-plugin problem Fedora 10

I did a google search for my error the only one I can find is for Cent 5.0
Nor did I see the same error here.
I am using Fedora 10 x86_64 as of recent yahoo news clips are not wanting to work saying I need the new Flash
I have downloaded but at install I get this error. Please tell me how to fix.

Local Install failed
Can't install /tmp/flash-plugin-10.0.22.87-release.i386.rpm as no transaction

Thank you
