Help please with removing Libreoffice

Because of the problem where the repo version of Libreoffice does not have the UK English UI I want to remove this version and install the RPMs from the website. Running Apper I selected all the Libreoffice packages and tried running the remove for all of them, however Apper gives a very unhelpful message saying a package could not be removed because of a dependancy, however it gives no details at all - not very helpful at all.

How can I find out exactly what I need to remove in order to be able to install the correct packages with the correct language UI?

Stuart

From memory - I'm open to correction on this - < # yum remove ( filename ) nodeps > should remove only the file specified, leaving any dependency files in situ ( in case they're used by other programmes ).
