Thats what i use without problems since F15, about 10 times mothly at least.

Searches user selected $HOME, $XDG_DOWNLOADS_DIR, /home, or a manualy entred PATH recursivly for any iso or img file.
It then asks which iso file you want to write onto usb.
It waits for you to plug in a usbdrive, usbkey, pendrive, or whatever, and writes it on it.
If there are more removable usb media, it asks which one to use..

ATTENTION: Make sure the proper drive is select, the script asks you !

Reboot and select usb as boot device, et voila

NOTE:
To install i'd suggest the repo way: http://sea.hostingsociety.com/?p=Scr...c=Installation

EDIT:
Removed old screenshot and added a new one.
Added: attention text
Added: screenshot if no or multi usb-devices are connected..

Great solution. Thank you

Re: DVD ISO to Flash Drive Creator

I have used dd but I like to use the livecd-tools as the terminal shows the files being copied
and some other messages. Still the write to usb disk is slow.

livecd-iso-to-disk --reset-mbr --format fedora.iso /dev/sdx

Also I have been using gparted to remove any partitions from the usbdrive but not sure
if that step is required.

Tested with f18/f19 on 32 and 64 bit intel systems.

liveusb-creator is another tool but I only noticed it on f19 so no chance to test it.
