Post wifi keeps disconecting after kernel update , rtl driver

after doing dnf update my wifi keeps disconnecting frequently & i found out that it works well on kernel (4.9.13-200.fc25.x86_64) but any kernel above that it keeps disconnecting , here is some info.

so that was my temp solution to fix the problem , hope expert developers can find what went wrong in the updated driver .

if you want the developers to look into this, please report it at https://bugzilla.redhat.com
