easyLife comes from a time before Let's Encrypt. But know my host provides it. I'll enable it.
rpmfusion and others, as I remember, did not have https access. I need to check it again.
I'll take a look on your other suggestions. But, please, keep in mind security and usability are inversely proportional. So if I start to create too much trouble, the purpose of the program will be defeated (for the users and for me, since the time I have to put in it is limited).
easyLife has been available for about 8 years and since then helping a lot a of newcomers to Fedora.
