peer guardian or alternative for fedora 6?

hi, can anyone tell me how to get peer guardian working for fedora 6, or unless this there is an application/program, which blocks/hides your ip adress from companys and stuff which has the same sort of interface as peer guardian, where you can see a list of ips and names of them trying to connect to your pc?!
