Changing to TTY/Terminal in fedora 12 Freezes system

Whenever I press Crtl + Alt + F2 or any F Key Everything just freezes instead of open a new TTY/Terminal ?
Anyone else had this problem?

Here's some specs:
Fedora 12 64bit version
Using Gnome
(Moblin also installed and TTY worked in Moblin once before but I haven't checked recently)

Hardware
AMD Phenom Quad Core Processor
4GB Ram
EVGA Motherboard
nVidia Video card (Driver Version 190.42)
