openssl 1.0.0e FIPS Certification

Does anybody know if the openssl 1.0.0e libcrypt has been FIPs certified?

From http://www.openssl.org/docs/fips/UserGuide-2.0.pdf I see that releases starting with 1.0.1 have the FIPS Object Module which is FIPs certified. I have not found any info on the 1.0.0e release regarding FIPs certification.

Technically, it would have to be recertified after every patch.
