Airfox K20 Bluetooth Keyboard - first letter typed problem

Hello guys,

I just got 2 small keyboards as a present from my bro who came from the US.
An Airfox K20, and an Airfox K30.

The lighting on the K20 is much brighter and better, however, it will ONLY connect via Bluetooth.
So, I bought a cheapo USB-Bluetooth connector for my old PC , and voilla, I can now type on the K20.

"HOWEVER" , almost every time I switch applications, say I go from browser to konsole or kate, or whatever, the first letter I type comes out missing.

so, I just go into the browser, click on the URL line, and type [fedoraforum.org] , but I only get [edoraforum.org]
has anyone seen such behaviour ? and if so has he/she figured out how to "fix" that ?

Also dealing with the Timeout-Reconnect now, which is also a bit of a problem, say after my nightly beauty-sleep, I come back for coffee and emails, and I find that the thing is a bit hard to connect.

cheers

Re: Airfox K20 Bluetooth Keyboard - first letter typed problem

UPDATE: I was able to mitigate the issue by moving the Bluetooth Dongle to a 4port HUB I have on my desk-top. I guess it's a question of communication clarity. My PC was under the desk behind some metal screen, with a bunch of cables passing through the bottom of the desk. RFI/EFI I would adventure to guess.

Still remains the Timeout issue. Will post my findings here, for the masses to absorb.
