WARNING: Any pre-release versions, Beta included, are for experienced testers only. Back up all existing data and read all threads in the version Development Forum before attempting an install. Re: ruby gems not found

The "sinatra" Ruby gem is available in the Fedora repositories as package "rubygem-sinatra" - you may have more success with this as it should be tailored to work specifically with Fedora.

You can list all the "rubygen..." packages in your configured DNF repositories as follows
Code:
dnf list rubygen\*
Or you can search for packages providing specific Ruby gems as follows (quotes required to stop the shell interpreting the brackets)
Code:
dnf provides 'rubygem(sinatra)'
