Re: Yikes! This ain't good!

Mornin' John.

Were I a betting man, I'd lay even money that's exactly what happened. And one doesn't need to go that far afield to find ritual, "magic" and superstition in medicine. I live close enough to the "voodoo swamps" down here to make me plenty nervous about little hand made cloth dolls, charred chicken bones, cloth sacks full of hair and garlic ... and wrinkled old ladies with three teeth who live happily alone in a ramshackle lean-to out in the swamp. <....>

It would seem that our Facts Checkers have been smoking it again.
Let's see...snakes and spiders, both start with the letter "S"....both bite....one might be deadly....

Never forget what Rupert Murdoch said after the "Hitler Diaries" he published turned out to be fake:

There's an old newspaper saying, ' never let the facts get in the way of a good story. '.

Re: Yikes! This ain't good!

Then again, this could be a conspiracy by the worlds governments to play down the real story. They don't want widespread mayhem, panic and fear to spread among the population if they knew that huge swarms of giant, highly aggressive man eating venomous spiders were running around unchallenged across the whole continent eating everything in sight

Maybe they've been genetically engineered to take out the zombies that are coming?

Sadly, it may already be too late here (in the UK) I fear that the zombies may have already infiltrated high level government positions Abandon yea all hope as the spiders will be taxed and regulated into extinction For example they must be in violation of a bunch of health and safety rules
