pcmanfm 1.0 released and custom scripts

PCManFM and its underlying library LibFM have finally reached 1.0, thanks to much dedication of one developer recently.
It does live up to the round number and is stable and fast.

Libfm has support for custom actions so it seems pcmanfm just need some to be written for it.
