New qtiplot for fedora(version 0.9.7.11)

The qtiplot in repository crashes when trying to plot any graph, so I made a packaging based on latest version.

u can download the rpm from the links below.
srpm
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1338197/1/qt...1.fc12.src.rpm (for all archs from F11 to F13)
i686
