Touchscreen settings for Fedora 17

I've been getting by with the basic two finger scroll and tap to click on my wacom based touchscreen laptop for a few years. I recently installed windows 7 onto it so that I could run some of the windows only firmware updates and found the touchscreen experience much more useable. Is there any package that will allow me to configure one finger scrolling, tap+hold right click, and a different mouse pointer for each input device (touchpad vs touchscreen)?

Thanks for any suggestions, it's disappointing to see Linux so far behind in a field that is quickly becoming ubiquitous with new windows 8 tablet convertables
