Okay, I can't seem to connect at all to any IRC client. Even tried on Pidgin.
the only time it seems to almost connect is when I click on others in firewall and at 6667 tcp
I could use some help, I have comcast and have a feeling it is also involved...

OKAY I was right! It was Comcast.
Forgot I set the Firewall to Maximum, I was doing localdomain pentesting because roommates computer has digital aids. I hate Xfinities Firewall thing, it's aweful!
