I'm trying to set up a computer cluster for one of my professors using Fedora 17 and Warewulf. Everything was going smoothly until I started trying to add the node computers. Following the documentation included on warewulf's website,
warewulf.lbl.gov/trac
specifically,
warewulf.lbl.gov/trac/wiki/Recipes/Provisioning/RHEL
and the command: wwsh dhcp update
I am getting an error that the computer can not determine the IP address for the computer. I have edited the file that contains the name of the network card that warewulf is looking for to point to the correct network card. The computer has two network cards, one has a static ip address and is used for connecting to the outside world, and the other will be used for the cluster and is set as a dhcp.
Does anyone know where my problem is? I'm a complete Linux newby and I know very little about networking. I have tried searching on google but there are very few people using warewulf, and none seem to be trying to install it on Fedora (Most use Red Hat).
Thanks for any help,
Justin
