Newegg customer service
The only problem I had with an internet retailer was with a company whose name began with T. I ordered a laptop battery, and quoted the partnumber from the existing battery, and the battery I received, had the same partnumber identically, but was one inch wider. Obviously, it did not fit into the slot.
I phoned to get an RMA, but was always met with a support person from Outer Mongolia. Yes sir,.... we don't take back batteries. But, I said, look at the photo I took and you will understand....
Anyway, after a few iterations, perhaps a month, since their problem tracking system does an automatic escalation, I got my RMA. I included my side-by-side photo, showing that their vendor sent them the wrong part.
I got my refund, but it did cost me $20.00 to mail the return item. T company would not pay return postage.
I haven't purchased from T company since.
