Airplaying from Fedora to Apple TV

Is this possible? If so how? I've seen airplay from iOS to Linux but not the other way around.

Re: Airplaying from Fedora to Apple TV

I think you'll struggle to get this to work. I recently setup Shairport to be able to use a Fedora laptop connected to my HiFi as an Airtunes target.

I've tried to stream video to it, but it seems to only allow you to do audio.

I know this is not exactly what you want to do, but squirting the video over the air is something that doesn't seem to have been reverse-engineered yet.
