no video on youtube on chrome

I can see the still picture of thumbnail of the video but does not play on the Fedora 12, LXDE version.

Do I need to install a plugin?, detailed instructions for this newbie will be appreciated.

You need flash, have a look at http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mj...f12.html#flash unless you are using 64 bit then use the sticky on the 64 bit forum.
