RPM configure options

Does anyone know an easy way, in general, to tell what configure options were used when building an RPM without having to download the source RPM and look at the spec file? I could understand if there were no way, since configure isn't used for every package, but I thought it doesn't hurt to ask...

Go to Fedora's Koji build system, and view the build log(s) for the RPM package(s) in question: they contain full accounts of all './configure' options used for each build. Of course: this only applies to RPMs from Fedora Project, so such logs may not be available for other 3rd-party RPMs.
