Evolution Iusses

Since updating to Evolution 3.4.X I've been running into some issues with Evolution and was hoping for a fix for them.

1) Previously Evolution would ask for my permission before sending a read receipt for a Return-Receipt-To header. It now doesn't prompt and sends a read receipt. I consider this a HUGE violation of my privacy, and simply not cool that anyone would consider this an acceptable default. I can't find an option to correct or disable this either.

2) The error notification box takes up an obscene amount of pixels on my laptop. I don't mind knowing that imap disconnected, but I'd prefer the error would be say 20 pixels big, not the current 100+.

3) I'd like a close option on the send/receive dialog back. I have 17 active email accounts, some of which can take quite a while to sync. During that time I'd like to be able to hide the dialog like I used to. Dragging to the corner also doesn't work that well on smaller screens.

Any help appreciated.
