nameserver timeout error message

I received this messages on my /var/spool/mail/root file.
Code:
"The following address had fatal permanent errors --- <root@nnaemeka>"
It goes on to quote RFC822; final recipient.
Then later:
Code:
451 nnaemeka: Name server timeout
Message could not be delivered for 5 days
Message will be deleted from queue.
451 nnameka: Name server timeout
what could the message be about?
