Fedora 16; Firefox and Chrome crashes

Okay I know this is probably going to be difficult to answer so I'm hoping somebody as seen this. I'm running Fedora 16 64-bit using KDE. Firefox 11 and 12 crash frequently, about every minute to two minutes. Even if I'm not using it and it's just open, it crashes. I uninstalled it and deleted all profile data for it, reinstalled, and it still does it. I got fed up with it and installed Google Chrome, Chrome crashes immediately upon opening. I cannot find any details for either crash. This started after I let Fedora do updates a few days ago (I believe) so it might be related. Any ideas?

Might be memory - have you run memtest lately?

Re: Fedora 16; Firefox and Chrome crashes

Just ran memtest, no problems there.

I also logged in using Gnome3 instead of KDE and the problems still occurs.

I don't know if they're related or not but I can't find any reason for Firefox to continually crash and for Google Chrome to crash on open.
