ATI Restricted Driver?

Just installed Fedora 12 on my new laptop and it has a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series graphics card, I was wanting to know how to install the restricted driver for it, in ubuntu it just has a pop up message that says the are drivers avaliable is there anything like this in Fedora?

The term 'restricted' is for the Ubuntu package repository. The proprietary Nvidia and ATI Catalyst drivers are packaged for Fedora in the RPM Fusion nonfree repository (http://rpmfusion.org/) , but the packages for F12 have not yet appeared there. Probably too many problems getting the drivers to work on the new X server.
