Fedora 12 on T400 cannot scroll use middle button

Hello I'm new to linux and enjoying Fedora 12
but I have a problem with my T400 that I cannot use my middle button of the UltraNav to scroll

according to this page: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Instal..._ThinkPad_T400, it should work on Fedora 10

could anybody give me hints to solve this problem

You need to create this file as root: /etc/hal/fdi/policy/mouse-wheel.fdi as per the following webpage. I believe you need to reboot (or possibly logout/login) for the change to take effect.
