I wonder who to report this bug

I am new to this forum and I have never touched fedora's bugzilla

I just here to ask questions because powertop does not seem useful if it give numbers like this
I wonder what I need to report a bug

My powertop Watt usage does not add up
My wifi power usage is too high

Welcome to Fedora Forum. You are not really an idiot because you asked a question.
To report a bug in Fedora, visit Fedora Bugzilla website which requires registration. Choose Fedora, then powertop and write a summary of the report. Make sure to give a detailed instruction how to reproduce the problem you have.
The response may take some time as packagers also have life outside maintaining but veterans posters can assist you. Sometime, update might solve the issue.
