I recently installed linux and windows XP on two seperate hard drives and I'm having difficulty dual booting. My menu.lst looks like this:

#boot=/dev/sda

timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
##hiddenmenu

Although i'm new to linux, as far as I can tell, Linux is on hd1, however it boots fine from hd0. I'm not sure this is, or how to get windows to dual boot.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

You can try changing that to this...
Code:
title Windows XP
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
chainloader +1
