Laptop crash with kernel 2.6.41

My system is an Asus Eee PC 1201N

Nvidia akmod installed.

Fedora 15 64 bits installed.

With kernel 2.6.41 the laptop crash (no particuliar situation seems totally aleatory)

With kernel 2.6.40 it's oki

I suppose the only thing to do is to wait for an upgrade of the kernel to 2.6.42

Thanks

Edit :

I thought kernel after 2.6.39 was 3.0
Strange number 2.6.40 no ?
