How to add myself to Administrators group?

When I was installing F17 Xfce, I didn't tick the checkbox to add myself to the Administrator's group. How can I add myself now? I am the sole user.

Applications Menu -> Administration -> Users and Groups [enter root password] -> User Manager

Should I make myself a member of "root"? In addition to "marek"? (I'm marek btw.)

Add yourself to the "wheel" group.
sudo usermod -a -G wheel yourusername

I *think* that's all.

Re: How to add myself to Administrators group?

Either as stevea said, or by the system-config-users (menu - administration - users & groups).

In a default Fedora install, stevea is, as usual, correct--that is all you have to do. (Started with F16 or 17, I don't remember which)
