Boot USB via diskette

I have a small system I want to build F17 onto (3/4 gig memory). But it has no dvd drive and the bios does not support booting from its usb ports. Given That I have the iso loaded to a bootable thumb drive, does anyone know a way to use a bootable diskette that will simulate a boot from the usb device?

I apologize, I am not aware of booting F17 from a diskette, perhaps this will have some helpful alternatives...

I think you're looking for grub4dos.
