Compiz update

Ran into an update problem this morning - no big thing for me but thought I would mention it. Here is the results:
Code:
[Troy ~]$sudo yum clean all

Enable the compiz-fusion repo.

Can I mark this thread as solved?

Sorry for the delay.

I did discover Compiz was turned off - turned it on and retried but still failed. Ran yum clean all, retried, still failed and still have compiz turned on. Seems long ago when I installed compiz they said it may be problematic with this chip set and though have never seemed to have any problems, perhaps now they are showing.

I fixed the libprotobuf.so.2 for F11 last week, can you confirm that the yum error is fixed?

Just now I read you post, ran yum clean all and then yum update and it would not update again - here is the last of the output - if you need more let me know:
Code:
---> Package tzdata-java.noarch 0:2009o-2.fc11 set to be updated
--> Finished Dependency Resolution

You haven't enabled the compiz-fusion repo or you have edited the repo file and pointed it to a obsolete mirror, I updated the repo to to compiz-0.8.5 last week.

Compiz is working both prior to update attempt and after update attempt. I suppose it is possible my kid changed the repo pointing or some such thing. How do I get it to point to the correct repo or minor so as to no longer have this error?

Perhaps I should try reading! I'll give this a try later and see if that works:
package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
