the first error is related to a usb device .. the udev system is trying to find/change the power level of the device at usb1 .. its ok to ignore this unless you have problesm with your usb device.

the FATALs .. are indications that the system is trying to start VirtualBox .. and does not have the required kernel modules available ... this is not preventing linux or your desktop from working .. but you will not be able to use virtualbox unless thats is fixed.
if you dont want to use virtualbox you can ignore this -- or remove virtual box start up at boot..

go to the main panel menu and go to System/Administration/Services to stop VirtualBox from trying to start at boot

if you want VirtualBox .. suggest you remove it first . and then use yum to install it and its requirements again from teh rpmfusion.org repositories
like so:
yum remove VirtualBox-OSE
yum install VirtualBox-OSE

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I had installed VirtualBox through yum. I had a query regarding it that I posted at http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=239048. But didn't get any response to it. I've not tried it yet.
