Segmentation Fault with BitDefender

I tried installing BitDefender from an RPM I found on their website, it seemed to install ok and I was able to do an update. But when I try and scan, say, my home directory I get a "Segmentation Fault". I'm no great Linux expert so I have no idea what this is refering to. I'm running FC2 and the following is the output from what I'm trying to do.
Quote:
[scook@localhost scook]$ bdc /home/scook/ --all
BDC/Linux-Console v7.0 (build 2490) (i386) (Dec 10 2003 16:11:35)

Segmentation fault
[scook@localhost scook]$
Can anyone help?

segmentation fault indicates an improper memory access , a common cause for a segmentation fault is an attempt to access an array out of bounds

The only requirements I can find are as follows
Quote:
Complete virus defense solution designed for easy virus prevention on Linux systems

System Requirements:

* Recommended processor: Pentium 166 Mhz
* Recommended 32 MB of memory
* Minimum 10 MB of free disk space

Operating Platform:Any Linux distribution with glibc 2 or superior
As far as I can tell the version I installed is for Linux Workstations, but I may be wrong. I'll direct some questions to their support people.
Thanks for your help.

Steve.
