Default XFCE Apps

Hey all... been awhile since I asked something, so I think I'm entitled. My google skills aren't helping.

Giving xfce4 a spin - got it pretty tricked out and it's still relatively fast (not fluxbox fast, but fast) I'm aware in XFCE you can go to Xfce Menu -> Settings -> Preferred Applications. But the choices there are pretty lean - just the default browser, e-mail client, and terminal.

I'd like to change some other defaults but I'm not seeing where. Maybe a config file somewhere? (Mainly it's that it's loading up Nautilus I think and I want to try out Thunar even though I typically manage file through a terminal editor; plus I like a lighter default text editor.)

Thanks in advance.
