Help installing an old game needed.

Hi.

Would you please be so kind as to instruct me? I am trying to install Unreal Tournament 2003 from cd. I have tried using the linux_installer.sh in user and root modes and the results are identical... a popup appears, then disappears, then nothing else happens.

I am new to Fedora and a babe to Linux in general.

I am using the latest Fedora version (installed from a Live Cd obtained today).
