Netgear W511T on a Dell Latitude

Hello,

I have an install of FC8 on an older Dell Latitude. The laptop that does not have an internal, integrated WLAN card, so I have attached a Netgear W511T via PCMCIA bus. I do not think the card can be activated by Fedora, every attempt ends up in failure. I am not sure what I need to do to get Fedora to recognize and use the card.
