enable/configure tvout on GeForce FX5200 graphics card?

Can someone please tell me how can I connect my TV with my computer so I can watch movies on my TV, using my graphic card TVOUT?

Graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce FX5200, and the OS is Fedora8 x86_64.

Thanks in advance.
