Getting started

Hello there. I just installed Fedora 7. When I start it I cannot get past login, even after a second install.

I used Linux for Dummies and followed their instructions.

I wiped out windows on a 13 GHz HD.

The PC is not yet on line. I hope to go Wii eventually.

Can some kind soul out there assist?
