Installing ndiswrapper

Hi i am new to using fedora 7 and linux, so i have no clue what i am doing.
So here is my problem I am trying to get my linksys wusb300n network adapter installed. The problem i am running into is how do i get ndiswrapper installed and up and running and from there how to install the driver for the adapter. I have noe experience with linux so if any one can give me a step by step instruction that would help me out. by the way i have downloaded some files they are

ndiswrapper-1.49.tar.gz
wusb300n.tar

and i have installed freshrpms but have no clue on how to run that or start it up
any help is good. thanks
