Need help on red hat config commands

hello again everyone!

I am practicing shell commands I got from a red hat linux9 book. the commands are:
redhat-config-mouse
redhat-config-keyboard
redhat-config-packages and other commands using this redhat-config-... format
but I always get a "Command Not Found" result. Does this mean that commands froom earlier versions or different distro of red hat are unsupported in my Fedora6? I am practicing in GNOME and I've tried those commands both as an ordinary user and as a root.

Your immediate reply will keep me really hot on studying Linux in general and will be highly appreciated
