subdomain with www

Hi,

I got domain say
fahad.com under this domain i got subdomain mydomain.fahad.com. If user enter
mydomain.fahad.com then it works fine but I want if the user enter www.mydomain.fahad.com then it should go to mydomain.fahad.com rather then displaying PAGE CAN NOT BE FOUND......

Please let me know if ther any way around.
