User Account Problems with Rawhide Anyone? (FC8 Test 3 - useradd and groupadd stall)

Hi all,

I'm a long time Fedora user (though I'm a first time poster). Just for kicks, I thought I'd install the Rawhide version this time around on a Lenovo T61p.

The setup was actually pretty easy, and after hacking some config files, I've almost got everything working properly (even compiz on KDE).

Still running into two problems tho:

-> XDM takes a real long time to load. I'm not too worried about this, as I remember reading a bug about this on bugzilla.

-> useradd and groupadd continually failed. Changing runlevels or rebooting didn't seem to help. Then, this morning, for no reason at all useradd worked. However, bash -l, su, and login all freeze when I try to login as the new user. Also, useradd and groupadd stopped working on me.

Anyone else experience these problems? Whats going on here?
