Hi guys :
I have a K6 Mobo w/AMD 1800 CPU, and a half a gig of RAM - running Fedora Core and using a 3DFX Interactive Vid Card....
It pretty much handles everything I've ever thrown at it, but I'm having problems installing FC6
I d/l'd FC6 (32bit) for my i686 - all 6 disks - verified and burned them all, and they load in -
At first
But, when I normally get a black screen, and it flops over to the beginning of the install (where you choose your language and time zone and stuff), I get a grey screen, and it freezes up....
I'm relatively sure it's not the vid card or the CDs, but I think I'm missing something here....
Anyone got a clue ??
I've never even
seen a grey screen before...
Any help at all would be
greatly appreciated....
